Where do I start with the horrible service? I tried to use one of their ATMs a few days ago. The ATM malfunctioned and ate my card. This was a major inconvenience, but the "answers" I received about what happens to it was the real customer service disaster. As a previous victim of ID bank card theft, the idea of my card (even cancelled) floating around bothers me. This includes the first four and last four of the embossed numbers on the card along with the name as it is printed before the card is destroyed.
