Trying for over a week to go on line and no one knows as to what is wrong. I think that I've heard everything available. The most shocking was when the gal said that there were other people with a worst experience than I. 2.5 hours on phone and 3.5 hours at a branch.
Not busy yesterday every one was nice!! I don't have to stay in line got inside no waiting at all I like that way the people work there there nice people not stuck up
Horrible banking practice. I'm glad to see how quickly they are going out of business.
