My checking account was debited (money stolen) by a company called Firstenergy Opco, and Capital One is doing ABSOLUTELY nothing to get my money back to my account. They're putting their needs above those of their depositors. The debit made by Firstenergy Opco took my account below zero, and therefore caused my Overdraft Protection to activate. the following day when a direct deposit initiated, Capital One got repaid and I got scammed. I've gone to the police department and made a report for the money stolen from my account.... read more
