It’s so sad to know that you have money in your account and you have a valid card but because of the retarded capital one bank atm booth. You have to go to nearby 99 cent store to withdraws money and pay extra 4 dollars for every 200$ transaction to get your own money. What a retarded management And it’s not the only problem of this bank. This bank has very few ATM booth in the city, where other banks provide plenty of ATM booths. Great customer service overall. But the ATM area on the 1st fl is always filthy and smelling like cigarettes and pee.
Great customer service. I always have a satisfactory experience at this location. Unfortunately Capital One is closing this branch on September 22, 2018 at 2:00pm. Sad to see it go.
