I’m a small business owner and so far Capital One has not accepted my pay check protection loan application. They will not accept a phone call question nor will they respond by email. The first batch of funding is done and Capital One left it’s small business customers stranded!!!!
I’ve been with cap since they took over Hibernia they closed one of my checking accounts with no notifications to me witch had a sss check deposited in it every month witch in turn made me late on 4 of my bills that month because it that’s a month to redirect a sss check I acquired late fees on all of them and one of the bills was a capital one credit card and you guessed it I had to pay there late fee to although it was there fault it was late. I’m done with this company
