Bring back the deposit option for the secured credit card.
Customer service at the branch is lazy and not willing to help with the customer experience. My request was to get newer bills, but the teller refused. I had to go to a different Capital One branch to get this request filled. Inconvenient and horrible.
Capital One has become a sorry excuse of a financial institution. Trying to force customers to online everything and assessing fees where they don't belong. I understand mistakes as well as I understand shady business practices. After 11 years, I am closing ALL personal and business accounts, and it is all due to the lack of trust and customer service.
