I had a negative experience with a rude teller at the bank on Coit Road in Plano. I left work early today and maneuvered through heavy traffic to get to the bank before 5 pm. I arrived at 4:55 and was met with a clearly disgruntled teller named Ruben, unhappy about a last-minute transaction - a simple cash deposit. I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years. If Capital One doesn’t want my business any longer, I can take it elsewhere! There ARE other banks in more convenient locations.
