Your money is not safe here or protected. Can’t get ahold a a business banker at a branch And you have to call some Foreign worker at a call center to get support. They are stealing money from me. I’ve had a business account for over 10 years and it’s going down hill fast. I walked into a branch today about unauthorized charges on my 2nd business account and they told me to call a number for help and couldn’t help me.
The bankers here are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have advised me on building my credit and starting up business accounts. They also allowed me to advertise my new business in their lobby for free. Very thankful for their help over the past year!
