I sat in your drive through for an entire to make change for my job. The first cashier that help was not very good with explaining why my social security card and my drivers license was need to make change for a company that banks with y’all as a cooperation. I will definitely be contacting my TM in reference to this as well as the branch manager. No way it should have taken an hour to make change this is horrible
