POS place. "customer service" is a joke. rude and not knowledgeable but acts like a know-it-all. would never recommend anyone to use this excuse for a bank. What's in your wallet... NOT CAPITAL ONE!!
They are the least helpful on the phone. I will never put my money in any of their accounts again. I would never recommend them to handle anyone else's money. Don't know how they stay in business
Nothing. No matter the location. Their staff is arrogant, little mind and a napoleon complex. Mangers of accounts do not call back but rather wait a week or two then has their staff call back.
Friendly and fast customer service. Their new ATM takes cash and check deposits saving you lots of time!
Do your banking and relax with a latté!
Not a bank do much as a trailer sitting in the middle of the parking lot.
I was waiting for 10 minutes for something to finally come to the window. Do not reccommend going here. Try the capital one on a Paul mallard
