Capital One Bank is like the redhead stepchild. It has came a long way with banks from when it was just a credit card company. They give good interest rates. It is a good place to go to get credit cards to start off to have a good credit line. Like all the other banks, they stop giving out loans only for special reasons but one of the loans they give out right now is for buying a brand new car. Don't EVER let mom activate my card again you hear me?????
Let me start by saying I know next to nothing about banking. Over a year ago I owed $50 to an account cuz I was overdrawn and was unavailable for about a year. Now that I'm getting my finances secured I'm going to pay that and open up a new checking account. I came in and Drea help me through the entire process. She was fantastic I'm leaving with a new checking account and the debts paid I did want to open up a line of credit, and then another man came to help me with that he wasn't quite as helpful as her. Terrible service and ATMs never work and now they are closed Saturdays. Capital One Bank needs to close down this branch ASAP
