HATE YOUR NEW PAGE - I can't print out a copy of a check without printing my balance info and other debits/credits showing. Why would you ever think of changing and not offering this option to your customers. What idiot thought that this was a good idea to require me to call and have a copy mailed to me??? I need to print out certain checks to be reimbursed for certain expenses that I must pay by check every month. This is extremely inconvenient and a dumb add idea. I think you guys need to let customers post to this page, instead of only being able to write reviews. Also, I understand it's Martin Luther King day, but not even the help/call centers are open? I actually called to report an ATM at the capital one location on Severn, it's not printing receipts and taking about 15 mins to process any transaction. As I said I called the number on the ATM, but apparently all of the staff are off on a regular business day.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO customer service here. DO NOT BANK HERE!! They stole my money!!!!
This is the slowest Capital One drive through I have ever encountered. Avoid it if you can.
Slow service at the branch. Find a new bank.
