I've been a member of capital one for over 20 years I have never had a problem concerning savings checking even credit card issues they have always resolved in a manner that was benefit to me I would recommend capital one for those that are looking for banking institution capital one free checking no over the limit fees, easy to transfer money , easy pay bill, you must call them and learn more and the reason why capital one is my bank.
