If your 7 days late due to Covid-19 they will not wave the $35 late fee. Big bank has the ability to help in small ways and this shows poorly on them. You know there hand will be out for our tax dollars when they get the chance. $35 is not a lot normally but right now it is. To not help people in this hard time is morally wrong. I even spoke to a supervisor and was told they have nothing in place to help people in these hard times.
The tellers are always very friendly. I go to this branch 1-2 times a week. Never have to wait, they know me, and I actually like going here.
Amazing how this bank turns down business. Walked into Robert E Lee location for a small business loan. The bank was empty with three workers. I asked for help and a worker stated to wait since they were “working”. After 15 minutes I left and went to Chase bank where I was immediately helped and was approved for the loan.
