I would not recommend this bank mainly because they advertise that they will protect you from fraud but what they really mean is they will accuse you of fraud and close your account because someone tried to scam you . I feel like I was discriminated against because of my ethnicity and financial status . Seems they took the easy route instead of actually working to figure things out . I have all the proof of everything but instead of asking for it they just closed my account and issued my remaining funds back to me .
Very poor customer service new trained tellers every month never seen a manger at this branch a bank with no manger .
Terrible customer service! Very rude and unprofessional.
All staff are excellent.
