Drive up service is super slow. Tellers sit down doing the transactions and makes it even slower. Pulled straight up in the lane . Took 25 min to get out.
You guys are taking wayyyyy too long to finish your mobile deposit feature. You are literally years behind.
I used to have a commercial account capital one, after visiting this branch a couple of times I closed it! The staff is unprofessional and discourteous. If you go to this branch be prepared to wait in line an be handled poorly!! The drive up is worst...death by delay!!
