Shut down ENTIRE branch for "remodeling" including drive thru & lobby ATM machines, then told me to go to Target to use the ATM there & it was OUT OF ORDER.
Called to ask a simple question on removing a joint from my account. Didn’t even ask my information just said “mm-hmm??” And I asked how I can go about removing someone and she told me how to do it online only. I tried doing that and it says I have to delete my whole account and open a new one. Ridiculous. I can’t even get through to anyone on the phone because the automated system sucks. I have to call an actual branch instead of customer service.
Two hours to open a business account. At hour 1:55 she says that's why we like to do them by appointment.
Completely useless branch office they don’t even have an account manager.
