We have capital one bank for our personal, saving & business. There is absolutely no way to get help from technical side. All mangers are always on conference calls- really! No one at the bank is above common sense. A customer does call or go to the bank with questions & problems with our a reason. Since the entire banking system is on line, no assistance. If it would not impact my excellent credit score, I would close my two accounts with this institution. Going to the drive-thru to make a deposit of $1,180, I asked the guy if he could count it in front of me or should I count it from the door of my car if it would be in a camera View. He said, "IF YOU TRUST ME ..." I don't need to say anything else he came up $80 short from what I had counted.
