The ATM not being accessible when the bank is closed, is definitely unacceptable. I'm closing my account and going to a bank that has better access for working people.

Pésimo
This is for the flushing branch in particular. I’ve used this bank for more than 6 years and I’ve had no real issues or complaints until now. I have NEVER ever heard of a bank closing and not allowing ATM use. There was a time that homeless people were using the ATM vestibule during the night times, I won’t deny that. But completely shutting the place down and closing it all day on Sunday seems like the bank/manager is taking their frustrations out on the actual customers of the branch. the front woman Tina Lin is very rude and racist. She can speak mandarin and she is Chinese but she refused to help an old lady who can't speak English and claimed she can't help her because she doesn't speak English. IT IS ridiculous. This location is in Flushing and most of people here don't speak English and that's why she is hired in this position to help Chinese speaker. But she is not helping at all and being discriminating. Capital one should do something about this!
