I was astonished that to take funds from my account they do not need such IDs like passport, Ss, state ID. To be approved to take your own money they are calling “Customer protective team” and only what they need- can you guess - only your own cell phone. The land line phone and all solid documents above are not working. I have only business cell phone and they told me that they can not identify me ever with all other original documents.
