Capital One has forced my hand to ask all fifteen of my family members and my church family to close their accounts Asasp. The worst since you went from essential checking and savings to simply checking and savings. I’m having to sit for over an hour in your lobby trying to get a return on my check. Mind you that check was cut on November 22, 2019 for my December rent. That check has still not been received by myself or my landlord. My October and November rent for over 10 days late since you’ve changed to a new system. I think I’ll be changing banks in the new year
