If this is the bank in Collington Plaza, it is awful. Went there today. The drive thru was closed. I have arthritis in my hip and foot. So, the drive thru is what I want to use. Closed. Went inside. Waited in line for over 15 minutes. There was ONE teller and one useless person at the service desk. People were walking OUT. Staffing is a management issue-- poor.
