Capital One Bank is the worse bank ever and I would not recommend them to anyone. Last month I opened my account with them and was given a printed direct deposit form to give to the Social Security Office for my daughters check. Well today is payday so I log into the online banking and see no money in my account. I call the bank just to be told that the account number on the printed direct deposit form that was printed by the bank isn't a valid account number. We absolutely understand where you are coming from Tatika; that is certainly not the norm and we will forward the details of your experience to be addressed.
We have 8 accounts with Capital one. Yet you are charging my employees a $7.00 Fee for cashing their payroll checks. Not acceptable. I have advised my employees to cash their checks elsewhere. It has further complicated matters with our landlord as she does not want to pay a fee to cash our rent check. I have advised my employees and vendors to not use Capital One for their banking nneds.
