Well informed staff
Slow service with five people there. Policies not helpful to long time bankers. Not helpful. Will be closing my account. Wife went, and she was told that the teller was about to take a break, but now has to do work. It's insulting to customers. Rude.
Incredibly kind staff. I came for a large sum certified check and although it was a long process to ensure proper protocol they were friendly and it was comfortable. Bring your debit card and form of ID
Customer service here is terrible. Went in to close my CD account and the associate that was helping was very dismissive of my request to get the penalty fee of 1000$ waived. She didn’t even care to look at my history and how many accounts I had with capital one. She didn’t have any customer service skills and answered my questions in a very very condensing way.
