Horrible phone service... i called to ask when their notary would be available and they said all day. So I asked, are you sure, because I would be coming on my lunch break and I want to make sure the notary is also not taking her lunch break. The rep then said, well I don't know when her lunch break is going to be, so if you come in and she is on her lunch break then you will just have to wait until she comes back.
