I went to make a window cash deposit yesterday and when the teller asked me to confirm if the amount was correct, I stated that it was not. The amount was off by $25. I asked for my cash back and she told me it was already in the drawer. She could only give me back the amount that Capital One confirmed. Instead of giving me back the exact bills that I had given her, she put it in her drawer even after I stated this was the incorrect amount. i went to withdrawal cash at an ATM and the machine took my card and wouldnt work. i called the 800 number and they charged me $25 for a new one. oh.. and they are sorry about the machine. not to mention im without money for three days. so sorry...
