Capital one is a so called "bank" that will lie steal and cheat you out of your money. They will close accounts without permission, send funds to locations on files, will lie to cover themselves and when given proof instead of trying to correct the issue they change up their stories even. I would sooner trust a rabid raccoon with my money before I trust capital one again. They have gone against their written word and contracts.hiw are they allowed to operate I don't know
