Terrible. I just went in to ask for a notary public and he says "do you bank with us?" and I say no and he says "no notary for you" and waves bye to me like a child. What a horrible way to treat people. I remember why I closed my Capital One account now. Jerks!

No one in front of me at drive through teller. Pull right up. Send checks for cashing immediately. Wait 5 minutes. Push call button. Wait a few more minutes push call button. Speculate that branch must be getting robbed. Can't leave as checks are in branch. Don't want to go in due to possible robbery. Manager comes on speaker 5 or so minutes later and says teller will be just a minute or two. 10 minutes later.. teller handles transaction. Horrible customer service
