Came here to fix my name on the account (it was their error) and they can’t do it, you need to call the call center. Try to open an account there was no other customers and 2 tellers available and still need to wait 20+ minutes. Lucky I left before the account was opened
Do not use this bank. It's inconceivable how horrible their systems are. We spent 7 weeks trying to add a user. Nobody in the bank can figure it out. Is this real? Oh, you can't send checks either from their business side Intellix. Is this real? A bank can't send a check? Banking with ease
People from cafe across the street and nearby businesses park here and take up 80% of the parking lot especially the parking near the entrance to the bank. I drove in to a full parking lot and expected the bank to be busy and have a line. When I walked in there was no customers there. No line. I was the only customer there and 4 employees. The parking lot has signs and states towing enforced but clearly people don't care and park there anyways. And towing is not enforced.
