Always a wonderful experience when I go to capital one!!
Very disappointing experience with Capital Bank. I have had my business account with this bank for over 15 years, yet the service continues to get worse. They keep closing branches, and when you finally find one, they are unwilling to help even with simple matters, despite having all the documents available on my phone. As a long-time business customer, I expected much better service and support. Unfortunately, this bank has become very disappointing.
