I've had accounts with this bank over 20-years. I dread having to drive this long distance, about 12-miles, if I need to conduct any type of services.
I have had a very positive experience with this Capital One location. The staff are professional, courteous, and helpful, and the service is efficient. They take the time to answer questions and make banking matters easier to understand. Overall, I appreciate the customer service and would recommend this location.
Worst bank experience ever. I came in to open a business checking account, and the first time I was told there was a discrepancy with one of my business documents. No problem—I went back, fixed it, and returned. Now I’m being told I need two specific forms of ID, including a passport and Social Security card. Most people don’t carry their passport and Social Security card around with them every day. I have come to this location several times and service from Jair Z and Andrew as well as Brayan has ALWAYS been Beyond Excellence!! Capital One when you hired them you truly made an Excellent choice!!! These employees are knowledgeable, kind, respectful, patient and their goal is to make sure the customer walks away with a smile on their face and in their heart.
