The tellers keep talking between each other about their personal lifes that customers do not want to hear about. Also the way how they communicate with clients is not professional at all.
I feel like some of these bank tellers need to be retrained on customer service. The bank teller I had was impatient and acted like I was getting on her nerves because I was trying to make a deposit for my wife and I didn’t have the account number so she had to wait until I get the account number for my wife. Do not recommend this capital one
This place is rude towards English speaking people. The manager is not professional and the staff is not well educated or equipped to do their job well. I feel sick every time I have to go to this location due to The long lines and lack Of professionalism.
