Worst bank experience ever. I came in to open a business checking account, and the first time I was told there was a discrepancy with one of my business documents. No problem—I went back, fixed it, and returned. Now I’m being told I need two specific forms of ID, including a passport and Social Security card. I have come to this location several times and service from Jair Z and Andrew as well as Brayan has ALWAYS been Beyond Excellence!! Capital One when you hired them you truly made an Excellent choice!!! Unprofessional and not knowledgeable teller. I went in for an international wire at 2:45pm, the teller (Wendy) first told me international wire needs to be requested before 2:30pm. When I inquired about whether we can just initiate it and it processes later, she reluctantly started the process.
