I was a bit hesitant when I read reviews for this branch. I still decided to give a shot and got there to open a new bank account. Fortunately, the team helped me to open account for me and I left quite satisfied. I really like their online customer support service.

I'm always a bit nervous whenever I have to go inside and speak with a representative, but everyone I've interacted with here has always been great. Unsure if he's still here, but Austin was my favorite teller, he's very personable and kind. The staff makes whatever I need easy and painless to get. I think the rest of the bad reviews are just people who expect more than they should. This is a great bank!

I called Capital One’s main number to ask how I could exchange dollars for euros. They told me to call my closest branch (Oakton) and gave me this branch’s phone number. I called it and was told I can come in anytime to exchange dollars for euros, that they always had plenty on hand. I told them that online it said I needed to preorder them, but the rep insisted for me to just come in.
