I opened an account with capitol one for local convenience... Very exhausted with mobile banking due to always prolonged services. However, no calls will ever be answered by anyone in the actual institution (capitol one). You will have delaying issues to access your money with mobile deposit that they will not be expressed to you until too late. They also will not be able to do anything about it besides wait. Can't ever speak to anyone in the local branch over the phone. Always transfers to call center where the person on the other end doesn't know me. I want to talk to someone at my branch.
Worst Location that I have Ever Been To and I have Been with Capital one for 12 years Tellers Were Rude and impolite and had The Line Waiting So Long and They don’t Care to Treat Customers Well Never Again Will I let Them Treat me like Dirt Will not be Returning to this Location…..NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
