I went on a Monday and Tuesday seeking $2 bills and other small denominations for an international trip. I left my name and number and the amount I was seeking with two different people, including one of whom I believe is the manager. I asked her if it would be in before Friday. She said it would be there Thursday. I never received a call back from anyone so I showed up Friday. No one ever placed the order I requested on two separate occasions. Absolutely incompetent customer service on behalf of the management.
I opened an account with capitol one for local convenience... Very exhausted with mobile banking due to always prolonged services. However, no calls will ever be answered by anyone in the actual institution (capitol one). You will have delaying issues to access your money with mobile deposit that they will not be expressed to you until too late. They also will not be able to do anything about it besides wait.
