Got a fraudulent charge on my debit card for $1153.00 and CapOne is holding my money for 10 days before reimbursing my account. Oh and it’s 4th of July vacation time. Talked to a representative who transferred me to a supervisor named Andre who told me he really didn’t care wasn’t going to help and hung up on me. What a total disgrace. I won’t have to cancel vacation but won’t be able to do all we wanted. Really poor customer service.

Poor machines very slow, taking forever to make a deposit or credit card payment always short in staff for a 1 min transaction you stay there 45 min !!!!
Only drive through at the moment sucks
