EXTREMELY SLOW service! They are consistently like this each visit I’ve had. A turtle could out pace their in-lobby customer service!!
Made a deposit and just like any other bank I would expect for it to be available right away. They said it will not be available and there’s nothing they can do about it. I wasn’t told by the teller this would happen or else I wouldn’t have made the deposit . I have been with capital one for 10+ years with bank accounts and multiple credit cards. I went for wire transfer but they told me you can do it yourself through mobile and we don’t do these kind of services, I was totally upset
My son sent me money last Tuesday is going to take 9 days to receive the money, thanks to Capital One incompetency . My son wait 2 hours on the phone and nobody answered. We came to the bank and all we got was a Sorry. Stay away from this bank!
