I came here last Saturday with a bunch of coins since I got DENIED service at their TERRIBLE East Meadow branch. I waited on line for close to 30 minutes to be helped with 2 tellers working, and when I was finally next in line, the teller that opened up next looked up at me and then looked back down to continue writing some paper work instead of taking the next customer. Most inefficient bank I've been to in my life, they get mad at me and said I have an attitude because I waited on line to make a payment rather than use the ATM. But I'm usually paying an amount different from what's currently due believe me if I could've used the atm I would've rather than wait 15-25 minutes. They're special here at this location 5 of them will be talking an laughing only one teller is open and the line is out the door. I will be canceling my accounts with this bank!
This bank is the worst bank they really need to accommodate the elderly people that come in to make deposits that they are not computer savvy. The lines are long and they only have 2 tellers inside which is ridiculous. The customer here is the worst ever.
