I charged $10 on my credit card for Hulu. My my account was shut down for $10 on Hulu for fraudulent activity and I made the charges. I try to straighten it out and there was people from customer service from the Philippines, they closed my account . They told me I have to pay the $10 to reinstate my account and I agreed. Till this day I still don't have my new credit card zero stars for Capital One. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else for your credit
I just call them for requirements for open a new account. But the girl the answers the phone was very rude. She told me.. I answered your question right! Because I have more customers waiting for me!!! But it's ok. The question not was for me because I have already account in this bank but I'm thinking in close it.

El peor banco de capital one en New Jersey pagas tus préstamos y no te lo reportan a tiempo ten cuidado con este banco las empleados son pésimos no les gusta trabajar tenga cuidado pagando tus cuentas en este banco mejor maneja un poco más . Pague mi préstamo de mi carro y paso más de 3 días y no aparecía en el sistema y eso que hice el pago cash money .
