Excellent and friendly service. They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests without an appointment and everyone I dealt with was efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend.
So unfortunately I had the opportunity to come to this location to process an international check. It seems they don’t know their own process at Capital One and declined to do their job. I went to another location and they were able to process the check today and send it to Virginia like I said they did. Incompetence is an understatement.
I wish I can give them a 0!!! The tellers and the the manager there are just not helpful and if the check will not say my exact first name as it is on my ID they will not accept it... Never had such an experience in any other capital one branch.....
