Logging into the bank account is outrageously difficult all the time! I'm at the point of leaving Capitol one for another bank. The staff are very kind and polite, but the rest is like swimming the Atlantic!!
Excellent and friendly service. They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests without an appointment and everyone I dealt with was efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend.
So unfortunately I had the opportunity to come to this location to process an international check. It seems they don’t know their own process at Capital One and declined to do their job. I went to another location and they were able to process the check today and send it to Virginia like I said they did. Incompetence is an understatement.
