Not so long ago there were three Capital One banks in Massapequa staffed by professional bank employees. I received a letter this week informing me that the LAST Capital One in Massapequa will also be closing by the end of April 2022. I’m extremely disappointed that NorthFork bank merged with this second rate organization several years back and now we no longer have a quality bank in Massapequa.
Very bad experience. I came on Tuesday, November 23rd of 2021 to open up a bank account and a female accountant basically refused to help me make one and kept telling me I have the option to make it online (which I have never heard of, I always go In person to open up a bank account for a debit card) after I said I don’t want to make it online. Very much unprofessional, the lady most likely didn’t even know how to make one that’s why she probably kept forcing me to make one online.
