This was my second visit to the location and now I understand why the low rating. I noted I was confused when the teller Charles asked for my debit card for the savings withdrawal as I recall the previous teller requesting only my driver's license After that statement Charles tossed my card back to me stopped looking at me walked away during the transaction and didn't say why. Very disappointing experience since the last interaction was so pleasant.
Such a rude staff, they just do whatever that want without consideration of what the customers needs. Tellers are so unhelpful and rude
