I had a wonderful experience at Capital One Bank thanks to Yiyun, the Branch Ambassador. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Yiyun took the time to answer all my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Her excellent customer service and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Yiyun, for providing such great support!
This branch is terrible. I got there two minutes before 5 and she closed the door at me. She firmly said no and quickly turned away. She clearly doesn’t have the spirit to serve customers. I hope that she doesn’t represent the branch. The impression is very bad.
We were able to open a joint account pretty easily. Anindra was super helpful in assisting and answering all our questions.
