2 hours here at this location to get a chasers check. Unbelievable, after getting my 2 forms of ID, sending a code to my phone number and making me send a 9k transfer to my saving I am still waiting for 2 hrs for a cashiers check. Unbelievable and horribly slow incompetent service. Might as well close this branch and get rid of the employees
ATM eats money. Was sat down for 45 minutes for them to tell me there's nothing they could do and gave me a number to call after I physically deposited money, from their physical branch.... making it a dispute??? And now I have to wait almost a week to see if my dispute is able to get resolved.... Makes no sense at all.... I got bills to pay...
I had a wonderful experience at Capital One Bank thanks to Yiyun, the Branch Ambassador. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.
