This branch is terrible. I got there two minutes before 5 and she closed the door at me. She firmly said no and quickly turned away. She clearly doesn’t have the spirit to serve customers. I hope that she doesn’t represent the branch. The impression is very bad.
We were able to open a joint account pretty easily. Anindra was super helpful in assisting and answering all our questions.
I had a car loan with Capital One because my credit score is great 840, it was a 4 year car loan. It’s getting close to the end so I tried to go to their site to see my balance. When it opened it was blank. So I called and after verification the voice gave me options. First it said there is no more due at this time. I’ve had the same amount paid to them the same amount and time each month. Then the voice told me I could hear my last 4 transactions, so I said ok.
