I have been a customer of Capital One since it was ING. I’ve had numerous accounts for savings, CD’s and two mortgages. I opened a small business checking account in April. They recently closed it and will not explain why! I spent about an hour or more being transferred from one person to another and could get no answers, explaining to me that it’s on the website and they would be sending me a letter. I never received a credit card and did not know that the credit card was approved for me. Your operators tell me always different information, but I told clearly every person that I never received a card and never used it. I was paying 45$ one month ago due something and nobody told me about that!!!! Your representative order for me new card for some reasons ??? ...knowing that I was robbed and there was a debt of $ 670$$$ on my card, the bank operators demanded payments from me and I paid by phone without ever having a card... read more
