Such a warm and wonderful community with all inclusive amenities galore! The staff are extremely welcoming and genuinely kind to the residents. The food is outstanding as well - look no further!
Excellent tour. Staff and residents very friendly and open to answering all questions. Array of services exactly what I need. Love that levels of care can wrap around you in your own apartment as needed. Meal plan very good, lots of options at all meals and no comlicated point system. Valet parking! Beautiful.Sherita was delightful and made the visit an event!
Sherita, Debbie, Rachel, Joyce and all the staff were wonderful during my stay at Capital Oaks. All the people that live there were wonderful. They made sure I had a companion at each meal, and all the food was delicious. If anyone is considering a retirement community, they should consider Capital Oaks. I have visited all in the Raleigh area, and Capital Oaks is the best in my opinion. -Bill Ayers
Capital oaks is not good management is disrespectful I feel bad for the people that live there I feel bad for the people that work there I'm glad I did what I did today I deserve better I am a hard-working mother and they treated me very wrong Go and take your loved ones somewhere better no stars
A recent tour at Capital Oaks Retirement was very informative, with the live-in management showing great concern and attention to the residents. The accommodations were impressive and resident engagement was obvious.
