Really disappointing experience. We were given the wrong papers to sign, and when we realised and tried to fix it, they were missing in action (phone calls and emails ignored) - we had to jump through hoops to fix it. It cost us money!! They ended up refunding the cost, but made it feel like it was as a favour to us rather than an apology. We have since had to negotiate a better deal ourselves. Would never use these people again.
