This CAPITAL HOME MORGAGE lies about what they will do long story short. Moe and Savio made up my closing date and it was cancel the only way I knew that it was cancel was the notary called and told me that happen to me twice. To add injury to insult Moe and Savio told me after I made my house payment for that month that I didn't have to because I get to skip the next 2 payment. This company will rip you off!!!! I’ve called, texted, and emailed but no one will answer nor call me back. They took our money and now they want respond. They were quick to call us every day up until they got the money!!!!!
Not A very honest company. Everything at first was good but then it took a hard left from the promised of a closing date in 10 days pushing closer toward 30 days. But the really problem was the interest rate never was locked when it was suppose to be and the documents sent on the day of close was an explanation of rate change.
