Wonderful prompt customer service and attention to detail. Made buying my first home easy and stress-free. I am unfamiliar with the process and lingo and everything that comes with this process but Pat was patient and walked me through everything and made sure I made the deadlines and understood the process. Wow, where to start? After searching for a loan more than 2 years to finish my home (I had lost hope) I found Ms.Pat (less than a mile from home) I walked in (already with lost hope) and told her my situation and immediately gave some hope and said she was 90% sure she was able to help, it WASN'T easy due to various reasons on my part, but was able to help.
