Your drivers are not careful, they don't stop at round abouts or consider other drivers on the road. Aug 28 2026 at 11:00 a.m., Kingdom City, Mo., your driver ran a roundabout without stopping and NEARLY HIT 5 CARS. If this is the norm, that's sad. Considering you've got employees being this unsafe and putting strangers lives at risk for their convenience of arriving quicker, you should be ashamed. Perhaps monitor your drivers more often so people don't DIE and you don't get SUED.
Their company truck lost some of its load damaging my vehicle, and Carla the secretary has a attitude with me about it, tells me it's not their fault... Unbelievable. Rude, zero customer service, and impossible to get anyone on the phone unless you leave 6 messages... I'll reach out to my attorney just because how rude she was.
