Very happy with plan manager Katie Dillon and her professional service and attention. The management of my husband’s NDIS plan with registering of services and prompt payment have been seamless. All questions answered promptly and communication has been excellent. Highly recommend
Very bad experience in Albany , people recommended as someone is local but service not up-to the mark other providers give quick answers. They didn't even onboard and give access to me for more than 2 weeks. The company is in Victoria not local
Claire Eggleston is the sole reason for this 1 star- heard amazing things about Bryce, but unfortunately he’s away for a month so I’ve been stuck with Claire. my recent experience with Claire Eggleston at Capital Guardians was incredibly disheartening. Go ANYWHERE Else for your NDIS Plan Management. After 5 months with Capital Guardians I grew tired of the continual muck arounds and moved elsewhere. Since Moving away things have become so much easier and less stressful! Despite what Capital Guardians Claims their payment times are no faster than anyone else. In fact they are usually slower.
