We have been with CG for a few years. The fist plan manager we were assigned was top shelf. Knew his stuff and was professional, empathetic and seemed to have an understanding of parenting a child with a disability. Then Bryce came along; he exuded empathy and clearly wanted to do a good job. Think his background was fridge mechanic, or something along those lines?
