Terrible experience from start to finish! I paid 10% interest for two years and was constantly hit with additional fees for everything! Communication was slow, unprofessional, and frustrating! Even requesting a simple payoff statement came with another fee! This company creates unnecessary stress and clearly does not value its customers. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! The worst experience I ever had!
The beginning was as expected. Ethan the sales rep did his job effectively but once the loan closed-horrible. Called 46 times, for payoff They said they’re too busy for 3 months. Refused to provide payment statements. Inspector never showed to appoints and they charge you for not showing up. This is my 10th flip. Dont use this company. They charge you for their blatant errors. Taylor Henderson is not honest. She delays payoffs out of sheers laziness. Can't get the refund for 2 months for an over payment... They are not answering their phones and totally ignoring our email. Horrible! Use somebody else...
