Investors beware! Do NOT do business with this company there are significantly better hard money lenders out there (Copa, Boomerang). The only way you get a response on any customer service is to write a bad review, can’t bribe me to take this one down! They work at light speed to get you funded, but snail speed when you need to draw some money. I had to constantly follow up with them on status updates. 2024 you’d think they have better processes in place.
Those people are crooks , Don’t use them for anything.. they will try to steal your house or property from you .. I don’t recommend them at all .
They apparently don't research the people they loan money to.
