I would give negative stars if i could. The loan officer at first was responsive and helpful. Gave me two options for a loan. I asked them to proceed with Option 2. They proceeded with option 1. Was working with the title agency until I asked why are the terms not correct. Turns out they were processing the incorrect loan. Once we did figure out the best option so we can make the closing date (Already out of due diligence). I tried to call, email and text my loan officer to get an update. Wow!!!?!?!?! What a company!!?!? Do not get any kind of loan with this company,,, at first they'll call you 20 times a day trying to convince you yo get a loan with them,, they will treat you excellent,, but once loan is done they won't answer your calls... I was told that I needed to pay by a certain day and I did pay on that date,, wire transfer,, but supposedly I was 25mins late and did not make the cut off time,, so they didn't receive the wire until the next day and I was littery charged an default interest of $10,000 .... read more
