Closed on our Ranch in May of 2023. The entire process was very simple and everything went smooth. Customer service was excellent! Marcie was very professional and responded to any questions very quickly. Since I closed, I've needed to reach out to them and again, customer service was top notch. I really wanted to know this company
This morning i dropped off a loan payment. I opened the door which is broken(it needs a stop so it won't open all the way) i didn't know it would. At a bank doors opens at a slow motion this one widely opened. The case is that the receptionist with a cat ears costume looked at me like i was a pest. Didn't even answered my greeting only the other lady that was standing. Fix the door lady not just sit there.
