Very bad customer service. They never do as we ask. They keep charging new late fees when you already paid it.
My loan process was very easy. If they needed a document or more information I sent it. No problem. Closing was at their very nice Conroe office. Very sweet folks. I’m loving my land!! Bought in 2018. Moved in 2020. Perfect homestead!!! Thanks Capitol Farm Credit
Guess I should have checked the reviews first. It's been about a month and I've yet to receive a call back on even starting the process. Wanted to buy some land but that lots already pending for sale, thanks Capital farm for your quick response to your customer and future customers.
Worst customer service. Staff on the phone was rude. My call was an inconvenience to them.
