I was a single woman purchasing my farm from my ex husband. I secured a loan from Capitol Farm Credit in Clifton, Texas . The office was so wonderful to work with that we had a great relationship over the years. After my property was paid in full, I have received a payment back from them as a residual from the profits of the company.
