My buyer was approved and we closed, so let me start with that. But there was absolutely NO communication from support staff and very little from the loan officer through the whole process. My buyer closed last Friday and the file finally funded today. There was no call from loan officer or staff to make us aware of this. Emails to the loan officer were not answered in a timely manner or at all in some cases. Wow, Jon and Nicolle really made this a pleasant experience! This was our first land purchase and they made it go so smooth. We can't thank them enough for helping us through the process. Financed our first piece of land with Jon's and Nicolle's help. They answered all of our questions until we received all the clarification we needed. They worked their magic to make it all happen, and I would definitely use them again!
