The very first indicator that I was in for a disappointment was the fact that Joy never gave me an inventory list. I actually didn t receive the list until a month after the sale, only to find it was riddled with omissions and that she made more money at my mom s estate sale than I did! She was not very knowledgeable in her appraisals regarding world known collectables. She acted as if she didn t know what signed Armani figurines were. Joy did a fantastic job for our family! Her and her husband are both appraiser who know what they are doing. Most of all, they actually cared about our family and what they were doing for us! A fantastic couple!
